Charles Rennie Mackintosh Rose Boxsilhouette Card
A little box in the style of the Great Scottish Designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh. We have a successful range of cards designed for Glasgow Life and Kelvingrove Art Museum Glasgow and we were asked if we could design a boxsilhouette to complement the existing range. This is the attempt, it is quite hard to decide what to put in a little silhouette box this size and roses where the final decision. It has an engraving on the outside that is different from the other boxsilhouettes so far. We will be interested to see if it sells well and who buys it!
This is some of the most accurate and precise laser cutting done yet by pop up designs, it uses more poplar plywood and includes assembly instructions and is slightly harder to build than the normal range of pop up cards and postcards. Definitely a little product people will want to keep.
Pop Up cards are quick to make, easy to assemble, no need for glue and all have pop out parts to make them 3D. Pop Up cards are designed and made in Scotland by precision laser cutting. They are made from a sustainable and recyclable poplar plywood. All cards come with a C6 coloured blue envelope, a C6 cellophane wrap and a paper insert with a photo of the assembled 3D wooden product and a space to write a message (assembly diagrams and instructions on reverse)! Wooden cards are L140 x W95 x T3 mms and weigh 19gms. All cards can be posted for the same price as a normal letter in the UK.
